2026 MMD Collaboration Project - ray -

I would like to introduce and explain the details of this year's MMD Collaboration Project.

■ Event Name

　MMD Collaboration Project - ray -

■ Purpose

　The purpose of this project is to have fun creating a video together with fellow MMD enthusiasts.

　This project is also designed so that even beginners can participate easily and enjoy creating MMD videos with everyone.

■ Schedule

　The current schedule is as follows.

　I understand that everyone may have different circumstances and schedules. 

　If you need more time or have any difficulties with the schedule, please feel free to contact me. We can discuss possible adjustments.

　　Participant Recruitment           : Until October 15, 2026

　　Video Production                       : Until November 30, 2026

　　Compilation Video Production: Until December 23, 2026

　　Collaboration Video Release    : December 24, 2026

■ About the Video

　The concept of the video will be similar to the collaboration project we held previously.

　The song we will be using is "ray" by BUMP OF CHICKEN.

　It has been a while since we organized an event involving MMD creators from around the world, so I'm very excited to bring this type of collaboration back!

■ Recommended Motion

Here is a recommended motion that you can use for this project.

You are also welcome to use your own original motion!

■ Video Format and Rules

　1.Please submit your video in MP4 format, at either 1920×1080  with a frame rate of 30 fps.

　2.Hatsune Miku must be the main character.

　　※Other characters are allowed as long as Miku remains the main focus.

　3.No R-18 content. Erotic or graphic/grotesque content is not allowed.

　4.Please choose one of the following two options for your video:

　　① Create a video covering the entire song.

　　② Create a 5–7 second video.

　　Please let me know which part of the song you plan to create, in order to avoid 　　overlapping with other participants.

　5.If you use a modified model, please make sure that modifications are permitted by the original model creator.

　6.Ripped models and ripped motions are not allowed.

　7.Depending on the content, participation may be declined if I consider it inappropriate or if it is likely to fall under any of the restrictions above.

       The final decision regarding participation will be made by the event organizer. Thank you for your understanding.

Participants will submit their completed videos to me through a file-sharing service or other upload service, and I will create the final collaboration video.

Since we have a relatively long production period this time, participants are also welcome to upload their individual videos before the collaboration video is released.

The final collaboration video is planned to be uploaded to:

・YouTube

・Bilibili
